Killzone 3 was fantastic, as was Killzone 2! If you go online /right now/ there are a lot of people still playing both games in mp mode. To each his own, I say - just don't disparage one version because of your personal preference.
Despite not knowing what happened to Rico, Sev, Staahl, Visari and his daughter (grrrr), I am still foaming at the mouth to play another Guerrilla powerhouse title.
There was so much going on in there games at once on the PS3, that I literally had to take time just to look around and take it all in. I'm sure the PS4 version(s) will make my synapses explode with visuals and detail. Day one.
I don't care if it prevailed or not. I just want to own one & play it, because it seems to be the only next gen console wholly dedicated to gaming and not advertising/data mining.
Too bad the kickstarters can't get their hands on one and Europeans are getting hosed with the ridiculous pricing of the console. Maybe they will get their stuff together and rehab a bad image from the horrific launch....I'll guess we'll see.
"Sony has made many business mistakes and in gamer's eyes, the launch of the PS3 is one of their more recent stumbles. The PS3 featured a new 'cell' architecture which took game developers a lot of time to master and until they did, they were limited what they could do with their hardware..."
Haha, depsite the premise that this article posits, if launching with the CELL eventually caused the PS3 to outclass all current gen consoles with its software offe...
"Microsoft's goal of playing "a significant role in TV advertising" wasn't really possible until the launch of the New Xbox Experience in 2011, and this time around it's thinking about advertising from the get-go....
Your console will use Kinect to work out who's in the room and your Xbox LIVE account to mine your demographic information, and it'll use that data to more precisely target advertising. That advertising will be more intrusive th...
Bring it.
The author says, "I am a firm believer in software – not hardware – competition."
Speaking strictly for myself, I am a firm believer in PlayStation® exclusives; if that means said console is dominating then so be it.
"What gamers need to realize is that when one console dominates, we all win."
PS1
PS2
PS3
I would too would say, all gamers won with these machines...
Fantastic game and I'm a much bigger Marvel fan than DC. The only thing so far I don't like about the game is Batgirl's cheap drop down grab. Other than that it's pretty great. My friends and I have wasted hours and hours on this title so far.
I say bring it on. Variety's the spice of life.

straight out the slums of Shaolin, swingin' swords like hammers from blacksmiths. If ya didn't know, well now ya know kid, The PS3 ain't nothin' to **** with.
SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Easy guys.. lol. I was only mentioning it due to the Lexus slogan mark: "The Relentless Pursuit of Perfection". I wasn't slighting Nissan or trying to compare the two marks on their offering at all. Wow lol... love the passion though.
I know PD/GT is heavily partnered with Nissan which goes hand in hand with the life changing GT Academy, but they could easily be partnered with Lexus. I say this because since 1997, it has been a relentless pursuit of perfection.
Samsung Galaxy S4
KILLZONE::Shadowfall (and what Vegeta said)
Sounds about right. /gamers/ are all old now. :)
Well of course they'll be there unless they want to flush even more paychecks down the toilet. They could ill afford to miss Gamescon without looking completely outclassed and unprepared for this gen.
Someone cheering on DRM in a condescending article, written in a bargain basement website just to tell me that, "none of them KNEW why they were mad.." can only mean one thing:
This is perfectly written fanboy garbage. Do not click, do not approve.
I know exactly what you mean. One does not merely "play" GT. You live it.
And so it begins.
Redemption I couldn't care less about listening to music whilst playing the game. I agree with you however about the custom servers.. I wish they would've been in KZ3.
I am confused though about your comment on the snipers w/ silenced AR. The automatic pistol was only silenced, all others gave the sniper away on active radar. How were the maps any more unbalanced than those in KZ2 and could you please elaborate a bit on "spawn nades"? You had HUGE maps i...
